The purpose of this study is to determine the use of 177Lu-PP-F11N for imaging and therapy of patients with advanced medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). 177Lu-PP-F11N is a gastrin analogon, binding to cholecystokinin-2 receptors. This receptors show an overexpression on more than 90 % of medullary thyroid carcinomas. Comparing FDG PET/CT and FDG PET/MRI in the diagnostic accuracy of detecting local recurrence 12 weeks after the end of CRT in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients. Forty patients aged more than 18 years who have a histologically confirmed HNSCC and have received chemoradiation therapy will be recruited for the study. The patients will be scanned with both PET/CT and PET/MRI 12 weeks after the end of CRT.

3D modeling associated with the tracking of nerve fibers meets the needs of preoperative planning for tumors and cervico-facial congenital malformations. Indeed, these lesions are closely related to the cranial nerves and in particular nerve V (infratemporal fossa), nerve VII (temporal bone, parotido-masseter region), nerves IX, X, XI, XII and the chain cervical sympathetic (infratemporal and cervical regions). The development of a model of this region will therefore improve the surgical management of these children.
The purpose of this study is to verify the accuracy, short-term efficacy and side effects of 3D printing coplanar template combined with CT-guided I-125 seeds implantation in the treatment of malignant tumors of the head and neck.
The primary objective of this study is to measure the impact of patient-specific 3D specimen maps on adjuvant radiation treatment volumes and doses to critical organs. All patients will receive standard-of-care post-operative radiotherapy not impacted by the experimental 3D specimen maps. The secondary objective is to demonstrate the feasibility of incorporating 3D specimen mapping tools into post-operative communication, and to determine if utilization of the 3D specimen map improves post-operative communication between surgeons, pathologists, and radiation oncologists.
This is a 3-arm single center study of 45 patients. These cohorts will include 15 breast patients scheduled to undergo a biopsy, and 15 thyroid patients scheduled to undergo fine needle aspiration, biopsy, or thyroidectomy that consent to undergo an acoustic angiography in conjunction with b-mode ultrasound prior to their scheduled biopsy. Prior to imaging clinical patients, the third arm will include 15 healthy volunteers that will be imaged to optimize imaging parameters.
Intramedullary spinal cord tumours (IMSCTs) are a type of tumour that arises from cells within the spinal cord. They are rare, accounting for around 4-10% of central nervous system tumours. They commonly present as back/neck pain and have poor outcomes if not treated. IMSCTs fall into various subtypes. Around 90% are either ependymomas or astrocytomas. This study is being done because both 5-azacytidine and nivolumab can influence the immune system's response to HPV-associated head and neck cancer, and we wish to evaluate whether taking 5-azacytidine will make HPV-associated head and neck cancer more sensitive to treatment with nivolumab. 5-Azacytidine (5-AZA) is a chemotherapy, and nivolumab is an immunotherapy.
